At least 49 shops, 4 houses and 2 motorcycles were burnt down following tanker explosion in Lambata in Gurara Local Government Area of Niger State.
The explosion occurred when a laden tanker with petrol collided with a trailer along the road.
The tanker driver who was coming from Suleja lost control before colliding with the trailer; setting ablaze goods and property worth millions of naira.
