Oyegoke, Eke, Odo donate to man whose vehicle was auctioned in Lagos

Eniola Daniel of The Guardian presented the sum of N200,000 donated by the movie producer, Temilade Oyegoke to Kolapo Lateef, whose vehicle was impounded for driving against traffic and auctioned by Lagos State government and his wife, at The Guardian headquarters in Lagos, yesterday

Movie producer, Temilade Oyegoke otherwise known as OT Odimayo, Tv reality star, Mercy Eke and Ejiofor Odo have donated to Lateef Kolapo, the man whose bus was auctioned last week Thursday, September 15, 2022, by the Lagos State Ministry of Justice and the state’s Task Force through Crlimited Auction House at the Task Force yard, Ikeja, Lagos.

Ms Oyegoke who recently released her new movie,’ Ohun Ti Mofe’, donated the sum of N200,000 last week with a promise to buy Kolapo a brand new bus soon.

Also, Eke who won season 4 of Big Brother Naija in October 2019, donated a sum of N300,000 to the man, while Odo donated a sum of N10,000 to the man.

Speaking with Kolapo who was accompanied by his wife and a family member to The Guardian headquarters in Lagos, yesterday, OT Odimayo said: “The law is the law but it has to be made with a human face.

She added: “The action of the government is tantamount to taking over a person’s possessions by force, but I plead with you, do not do what the government asks you not to do and do not give out your vehicle to someone who does not obey the law of the land. Expect a new bus soon.
